All products are for single patient use only. Ortho Kinetics Corporation will not be responsible for for claims arising from improper use or misuse of products. Please follow the product’s instructions for proper use indications. Orthodontic products are medical products available by prescription to dental professionals. 

We make every effort to maintain prices, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers’ price increases or extraordinary circumstances. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

 Merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase. A conditional warrantee against defects in manufacturing and workmanship will be extended for one year from date of purchase. 

To return products, call or email for a return authorization request number (RMA). 

Returns must be accompanied with a proper return authorization number.  

Any product in the original packaging, unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking and inspection fee.
